Your demands are our challenges!

In order to bring the product into the right form, we use different processes depending on the requirements and material:

Rotative punching

Rotative punching takes place with the relevant tools via a continuous rolling machine. High-precision positioning of the punching can be achieved with rotative punching.

In comparison to flat bed die-cutting, less contact pressure is required. The web of material can also be processed continuously and at fast speeds. Flexible punching plates have established themselves as the standard tool, and are attached to magnetic cylinders.

Flat bed die-cutting

Flat bed die-cutting is used for products in sheet format. Flat bed die-cutting takes place using a punching die via a so-called cylinder or punching platen. The punching die normally consists of a steel strip which is embedded in a wooden form.

With standard shapes we fall back on an existing punching die shape for you if possible, which saves you money and reduces the delivery time. The punching die parts manufactured in this way are used in the industrial and automotive areas, among others.

Cutting

Classical cutting can also be used for simple shapes. When doing this, several sheets are cut in a cutting machine (initially held in position by a cutting bar) and then cut with a knife using a hydraulic knife drive with force of more than 4000 daN.

In combination with the precision linear guide of the knife carrier, maximum cutting accuracy is achieved.

Cutting plotter

In the case of cutting plotting, vectors can be output directly. When doing this, the contours of the vector graphics are cut into a labelling film/foil without damaging the carrier paper beneath it. Accuracy of 0.01 mm is achieved with the cutting plotters that we use.

We use cutting plotters in order to depict logos or free-standing lettering. The contours (vectors) of the letters or logos are cut into the film/foil. After manual removal of the superfluous parts of the film/foil (trimming), these logos or lettering can be applied to other objects or subsurfaces such as vehicles, display windows, walls or signs using transfer film/foil.

Laser cutter and laser plotter

Contour cutting using a laser is also possible. The advantage of the laser cutter is that the cut is carried out without applying a load to the material, and therefore extremely fine contours can be cut. Laser plotting is particularly suitable for small quantities or unusual shapes which are difficult to realise with punching tools.
