For years, Witte plusprint® has been a member of the Association of Self-Adhesive Label and Narrow Web Converter Manufacturers – VskE – THE network of the German label industry. Within the VskE, various working groups have been formed over the years that deal with topics like technology development, digitization or standardization work. Twice a year, the members come together for the association conference and a related exchange of views.
Now, the “offspring” are at the starting line. The Label Youngsters, which is made up of young employees or trainees from member companies, has set itself the task of making a young target group aware of the exciting aspects of the label industry.
Our dual-program student Manuel is also involved in promoting the topic and making the future of the label industry known. Regular reports will soon follow. The topic can also be pursued via the VskE microsite at www.brandingtheworld.de.
